Guillaume Gosse
Managing Partner & Founder
With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Guillaume combines a Master's in Business Engineering and Real Estate Management with an executive specialization in Data Science in Real Estate from MIT.
Passionate about sustainable development and actively involved in volunteer work, he leverages data-driven insights to lead Nestin's commitment to future-proof and environmentally conscious real estate. He also holds mandates at DFCF, Lastlink, Quartier des Arts, and other companies.

Victor Buyck
Managing Partner & Founder
Victor holds a master's degree in real estate Investment from Cass Business School and has built a distinguished career in real estate and property development. Through his experience at several renowned firms, he has developed strong expertise in project coordination, strategic management, and high-level client relations.
Victor is known for his ability to translate strategic vision into seamless operational execution. He also holds mandates at B-Real Estate, Groven+, VBSC and was previously a founding member of the steering committee of Young UPSI.

Project Developer

Technical Director
