Innovation and Sustainability in the European Quarter

F - Eco Park Fernelmont 

Business Park – Fernelmont 

A sustainable business park with high architectural quality, strategically located at the intersection of the E42 and E411 highways in Fernelmont. The development covers approximately 30,000 m² of gross floor area, offering excellent visibility and easy access to Liège, Namur, Charleroi, and Liège Airport. 

The business park will feature multiple modular units for SMEs, with optional mezzanines, modular construction, and flexible layouts designed to meet the specific needs of each occupant

I38 - Nivelles

Business Park - Nivelles

Located in the rapidly growing Nivelles South industrial zone, this project combined the resale of an existing industrial building with the development of a brand-new 750 m² facility on an adjacent plot.

The new building, sold to a private investor, is designed for modern SMEs and divided into three units with mezzanines, maximizing flexibility and usable space. Constructed with robust, state-of-the-art concrete panels, it ensures durability and high-quality standards.
